Text Message Terms & Privacy

What you're signing up for

When you check the text box on our pickup or quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Loveland Laundromat about your order. These include pickup confirmations, your order weight and secure payment link, delivery and ready-for-pickup updates, and replies to your questions.

How often

Message frequency varies with your orders. Most customers get a few messages per order.

Cost

We don't charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 937-830-4424, or email lovelandlaundromat@gmail.com.

Not required to order

You don't have to agree to texts to use our services. If you'd rather not get texts, leave the box unchecked and we'll contact you by phone or email.

Your privacy

We use your phone number only to contact you about your laundry orders. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as our laundry and payment system, and only so they can provide that service.
